Project Holders Orientation Camp
| A Orientation Camp would be held in 13rd April 2012 to 15th April 2012 to introduce the details of the Final Round Exhibition and improve the quality of exhibits and presentation of Project Holders. The camp also provides a great opportunity for Project Holders to interact and exchange their idea with students from various schools. |

Proposal Interviewing Scheme
Proposal Interviewing Scheme was held on 24th March 2012 and 25th March 2012 in the University of Hong Kong. No more than 30 participating teams was selected to enter the final round and demonstrate their exhibits in the Joint School Science Exhibition in August.

| Proposal Supervising Scheme was held on 11th February 2012 and 12th February 2012 to improve the quality of the entry. A number of professors and lecturers from local well-known tertiary institutes are invited to give advice and support to our Project Holders. |
Second Seminar for Project Holders
The Second Project Holders Seminar was held in Lecture Hall, Hong Kong Science Museum on 22nd January 2012. Details of Proposal Supervising Scheme and Proposal Interviewing Scheme were provided. Mr. HUEN Yin Fan, President of Hong Kong Science Talent Society and Mr. CHAN Ka Kin, Consultant of Hong Kong Science Talent Society are invited to give valuable sharing to our Project Holders. |

First Seminar for Project Holders
| The First Project Holders Seminar was held in Lecture Hall, Hong Kong Science Museum on 23rd December 2011. Introduction of Joint School Science Exhibition and Proposal Competition Guidelines were provided in the seminar. We also invite Dr. CHENG Cho-ming, Assistant Director (Forecasting and Warning Services) of the Hong Kong Observatory and Mr. CHEUNG, King-fung,BBS, Chairman of Hong Kong Invention Association Ltd. to give speech on Disaster and Innovation to inspire our Project Holders. |
