PREPARATION COMMITTEE
General Affairs DepartmentThe General Affairs Department (G.A.D.) is responsible for organizing fund-raising activities so as to support the 57th J.S.S.E.P.C. financially. In addition, G.A.D. holds various activities to improve the relationship between local schools, Project Holders and the 57th J.S.S.E.P.C..

Project Affairs DepartmentThe Project Affairs Department (P.A.D.) is responsible for inviting local secondary schools to participate in the J.S.S.E., as well as holding the Proposal Competition, through which outstanding teams are selected to present their products to the public in the Exhibition. In addition, the Project Affairs Department will ensure that the exhibits are of high quality through multiple schemes and that the competitions are carried out in a fair manner.

Liaison DepartmentSince its establishment in 1990 (the 23rd J.S.S.E.P.C.), the Liaison Department (L.D.) has invited Overseas Delegates to take part in the J.S.S.E., so as to enhance the academic and cultural exchange among students from different nations. It has also kept in touch with other stakeholders of the J.S.S.E.P.C., such as primary school, secondary school and university students as well as alumni. Through maintaining good relations between different parties and involving their participation in the J.S.S.E.P.C., L.D. makes the Exhibition more grand and diversified.

Public Relations DepartmentThe Public Relations Department (P.R.D.) has been acting as a bridge between the general public and the J.S.S.E.P.C. so as to tighten the relationship between the two parties. It aims at promoting science and the J.S.S.E.P.C. through different channels, such as by reports by press and online media, organizing activities for the targeted groups and holding float tours.
